“Mendloop”, “we” and “us” mean Mendloop, operated by its founder Vaibhav Kapoor. Mendloop is not yet incorporated; when it is, this policy moves to the company and we’ll update this page. Contact: hello@getmendloop.com.
This website
getmendloop.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, page) for security and abuse prevention. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it serves them.
If you email us, we keep the message and your address to reply, and for as long as the conversation is useful.
Mendloop Cloud
Account data: your name, work email and workspace settings, to run your account and contact you about it.
Data you connect: errors, stack traces and the code Mendloop reads to find a root cause. We process it only to provide the service to your workspace. End-user identifiers and IP addresses are stored as keyed hashes, never raw. The Security page lists each kind of data and how long it is kept.
AI models: code and error context go to the model provider your workspace chooses, with secrets removed first. Self-hosted installs can use local models, so nothing leaves your network.
We never sell personal data or use your code to train models.
Your choices
Email hello@getmendloop.com to see, correct, export or delete your data. Deleting a workspace deletes its stored data. If you self-host Mendloop, your data stays on your servers and this policy covers only this website.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account owners by email.
